Please Label the Following Items

• 1 large school bag/backpack (no wheels, please)

• 1 lunch box

• 1 reusable water bottle with spill-proof straw (no open spouts)

• 1 pair of iPad headphones in a labeled Ziploc bag

• 1 soft roll-up rest mat with built-in blanket (no vinyl mats; Velcro closure preferred)

• 1 reusable shopping bag for weekly mat cleaning

• 1 oversized t-shirt for a painting smock (labeled on front and back in a labeled Ziploc bag)

• 1 complete change of clothes in a labeled Ziploc bag:

  • gym sweatpants

  • gym t-shirt

  • underwear

  • socks

Please Bring Unlabeled

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 1 pack of baby wipes

• 1 pack of flushable wipes

• 1 container of Clorox wipes

• 1 box of tissues

• 1 pack of 24 Crayola washable crayons

• 4 jumbo glue sticks

• 1 pack of Crayola washable markers

• 3 regular-size containers of Play-Doh (not mini size)

• 1 box of sandwich-size Ziploc bags

• 1 pack fine-point dry erase markers
