You must complete a FACTS Application in order to receive any tuition assistance or scholarships from Mother of Providence.
The FACTS Grant & Aid system is now open for financial aid applications for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Please submit your application online as soon as possible. Applications are due by May 1, 2026.
Please note that FACTS Grant & Aid module is a separate login
from the FACTS Family Portal.
