As the Learning Support teacher at MPRCS, I manage a caseload of students who have been deemed eligible to receive special education services per a psycho-educational evaluation. I develop accommodation plans for those students based on the recommendations written in the evaluation and oversee that those plans are being implemented within the general education curriculum. In addition, I provide in-class support to students, pull-out instruction in small groups, and 1:1 direct instruction for students as needed.
