Good morning Dear Jesus,
 this day is for You.
 I ask that you bless -
 all I think (point to head),
 say (point to mouth)
  and do (hands extended out).
 Amen

Meal Prayers:
 Thank you for the world so sweet,
 Thank you for the food we eat,
 Thank you for the birds that sing,
 Thank you God for everything. Amen

Bless us, O Lord,
 And these, thy gifts, 
 which we are about to receive
 from Thy bounty, 
 through Christ,
 Our Lord

Angel of God, my guardian dear,
To whom God's love commits me here,
