Mr. Serpentine joined Mother of Providence Regional Catholic School in 2022 and has 11 years of experience in education.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English, with minors in American Studies and Communication Arts and Sciences, from Pennsylvania State University. He also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Secondary Education from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in American History from Gettysburg College. He is certified to teach Secondary English (grades 7-12) and Secondary Social Studies (grades 7-12).
Teaching Philosophy: I am passionate about teaching English because I want to help students improve their communication skills through reading, writing, and speaking. Additionally, I enjoy teaching social studies as it allows me to guide students in thinking like historians. Ultimately, we are not just students; we become scholars.
Outside of the classroom, Mr. Serpentine enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
