Board Member/Tax Credit ChairMichael is a senior manager in Vanguard's Equity Indexing Group, serving as the Head of US Securities Lending Trading, supporting Vanguard's equity portfolios. He earned a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I am a CFA® charterholder, a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania, and was a member of the NY Federal Reserve Banks' Foreign Exchange Committee (NYFRB FXC) from 2022-2023.
