Laura McNally

Recently named one of Philadelphia’s Most Influential Women (Philadelphia Business
Journal, 2023) for her courtroom skills, Laura McNally is a partner at Morgan Lewis,
specializing in commercial and securities law. Laura defends clients in various actions
including class and individual cases under federal securities law, mergers and
acquisitions challenges, derivative suits, and SEC investigations. She has a track record
of success in federal and state courts, including arguing dispositive motions and
conducting trials. Additionally, she is dedicated to pro bono work, focusing on prisoner
civil rights cases and representing asylum seekers. Laura is also known as an advocate
for and mentor to working parents.
Outside of her legal career, Laura and her husband, Timothy, are members of Nativity
BVM parish and have four children attending MPRCS.
